OSS Contact Center Services Closed from 8–15 April 2024
In relation to the collective leave and national holiday for Eid al-Fitr 1445 H, the OSS Contact Center operational services will not be available from Monday, 8 April 2024 until Monday, 15 April 2024.
The OSS Contact Center will resume normal operations on Tuesday, 16 April 2024. Various guides related to OSS services can be accessed on the OSS website under the guidance section, as well as through the OSS Indonesia YouTube channel.
