Heldy Satrya Putera completed his Bachelor of Economics education at Universitas Krisnadwipayana in 1992 and completed his Postgraduate Master of Management education at BINUS University in 2017. Heldy Satrya Putera currently serves as General Secretary of the Ministry of Investment/BKPM since 2024. He has served as Deputy Minister for Strategic Downstream Investment of the Ministry of Investment/BKPM from 2022 to 2024 and has held other positions such as Senior Advisor to The Chairman on Enhancement of Investment Competitiveness, Director of Infrastructure Planning, Director of Indonesia Investment Promotion Center (IIPC) New York and Director of IIPC Los Angeles, USA.
