Profil

Dr. Edy Junaedi Harahap, S.STP., M.Si. had a 22-year career in the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta before joining the Ministry of Investment and Downstream Development/BKPM. He started his career as a staff member in the Government Section of the West Jakarta Mayor’s Office and became the youngest Echelon 2 official in DKI Jakarta in 2015, when he served as the Head of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of DKI Jakarta. His career at the Ministry of Investment and Downstream Development/BKPM began as the Director of System Development in 2021, then as the Director of Business Licensing Services for the Non-Industrial Sector in 2022, and he has been serving as the Deputy for Investment Implementation Control since 2024. Throughout his career, Edy has received several awards, including the Best Subdistrict Head in Jakarta (“Karya Praja Utama Nugraha”) as the Subdistrict Head of North Thousand Islands in 2010, and the National Exemplary Primary Leadership Official award as the Head of DPMPTSP DKI Jakarta in 2018.
