Request for Recommendation of Status Change
In conjunction with the completion of the development of the OSS system for the recommendation application feature for granting immigration permits in the form of changing the status of a visit stay permit to a limited stay permit and changing the status of a limited stay permit to a permanent stay permit, we inform the changes to the mechanism for requesting a recommendation.
- Starting March 6, 2023, Recommendations for Immigration Permits in the form of Recommendations for Transfer of Status of Stay Permits for Visits to Limited Stay Permits and Recommendations for Limited Stay Permits for Permanent Stay Permits for shareholders can be applied directly through the OSS system (www.oss.go.id)
- For now, this application can only be made with one of the persons in charge of the company (Director/Commissioner) as the guarantor. Further OSS development will be carried out to accommodate the Company's HRD Manager as a Guarantor from a foreign company.
- Applications for Immigration Permit Recommendations submitted via email rekomaltus@bkpm.go.id until Friday, March 3, 2023, will be processed until Friday, March 10, 2023.
