Profil

Dr. Ir. H. Didi Apriadi M.Ak., M.H. currently serves as Special Staff to the Minister of Investment and Downstream Industries / Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) since 2024. Previously, in 2021, he served as an Expert Team member at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, and from 2014 to 2018, he was Special Staff to the Minister of Industry of Indonesia. In 2012, he worked as an E-Government Expert Consultant at the Ministry of Finance, and in 2011, he served as a Digital Banking Transformation Expert Consultant at Bank Indonesia. 


In addition to these roles, Dr. Ir. H. Didi Apriadi M.Ak., M.H. has been a Commissioner at PT PLN Batam since March 2025, demonstrating his expertise in advancing investment, industrial competitiveness, digital transformation, and technological innovation in Indonesia. He also serves as Founder and Deputy Chairperson of the Advisory Board at the Hezuo Adidharma Sutra Indonesia Foundation, a foundation involved in various fields including culture and education, halal product certification, food security, legal aid, religion and community affairs, and others. 


Dr. Ir. H. Didi Apriadi M.Ak., M.H. has a strong academic background in engineering, law, and planning. He graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Civil and Planning Engineering, and from Universitas Parahyangan in 1992 with a degree in Architecture. He earned a master’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Padjajaran in 2007 and a master’s degree in Law from Universitas Bhayangkara in 2022. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctoral Program in Islamic Law at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. 


Furthermore, Dr. Ir. H. Didi Apriadi M.Ak., M.H. is active in various organizations in Indonesia, including serving as Daily Chairperson of the Indonesian Mosque Lovers Society (MCMI) since 2020, Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Procurement Contract Law Experts Association (PERKAHPI) since 2019, and Vice Chairman of the National Photovoltaic Industry Independence Consortium (KKIFN) since 2016. Besides his organizational and social activities, he actively writes books and journals.
